December 2025, Anyway…
This marks the end of the first full calendar year for the Milton Event Dispatch, and we would like to give a shout out to all of this year’s sponsors who helped us by providing locations for distribution, ink, paper, and various other support.
Some of our first sponsors were the small local shops such as the fine people at The Red Rooster, Sunny and Olive, and The Corner Closet. These amazing local shops not only provided us some supplies, but also allowed us to distribute at their locations. Their shops constitue an important and long standing part of the patchwork of Milton and we are so thankful for their sponsorship.
We also were supported from Baktriarch Breads, a local in home baker of various flavors of bread. Loaves are available for order on facebook and at the Milton Community Days. There was also support received from the fine people at Rily Nilo Training Center, and The Rubber Ducky Winery both fantastic newer additions to the landscape of Milton. We also have to thank Klos LLC for allowing us to utilize their printers and computers since the very first printing.
It wouldn’t be a proper thanks if we did not also mention the locations and buisnesses that were kind enough to allow us to distribute through them. Not only does this include most of our sponsors, but also, The Mainstreet Market Piggly Wiggly, Timber Hill Winery, the Milton Public Library, First Community Bank, the Milton Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Kwik Trip on Madison Avenue.
Finally, it is our honor to also acknowledge all the readers who pick up our prints every month, as well as all the fantastic organizations and local companies that put on so many fantastic events and activities. This includes The Milton House Museum, Open Doors Foundation, Timber Hill Winery (who certainly wins the award for most entries into the Milton Event Dispatch) Good Works Brewing, the Milton Public Library and the Milton Area Chamber of Commerce. Without events, there would be nothing to dispatch, and without these fine people, there would be few events. Thank you all.
