February 2026, Anyway…

This February seemed to sneak up on us. The false spring we had in January followed by the sucker punch of cold and snow left many people scrambling for the shovels and scarves. It was my inclination to hunker down and binge watch television or read some of my backlog, but the world waits for no one, even if for the just cause of hibernation.

We were also pleasantly surprised by the amount of activities and events going on in Milton this February. With this year having Mardi Gras ending up so close to Valentines day, there is ample opportunity to host your own hybrid Valentine/Mardi Gras Parties.

Now is also a good time to start planning your spring gardens and home projects for when the warm weather returns in earnest. For now, though, enjoy the winter season with warm fires and a warm drink with your Valentine.
